Message from the CEO
It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the Plant Based Culinary Institute, where you can begin a career in the global hospitality industry with endless job opportunities. The overall development of the person is our priority at PBCI, which is achieved through the faculty’s perfect teaching methodologies and the hands-on experience gained through the program.
PBCI is dedicated to developing potential industry leaders by delivering the highest quality education and infrastructure. The college offers a variety of programs to help students discover their latent talents, as well as encouraging and supporting faculty to conduct research in their respective fields.
An acknowledgement of the combined effort of the staff, faculty, and students must be mentioned during this trip, and we are in the process of setting even higher standards, initiating trends, and successfully achieving new milestones.

- Plant Based Culinary Institute enables students to reach their full potential in the culinary and pastry arts by providing affordable, accessible, and socially conscious quality training in PBCI’s techniques. Students are taught a well-balanced curriculum of culinary skills and methodology, as well as a base in industry, using the latest technologies and innovation. This knowledge is reinforced by an emphasis on recognizing and adopting industry-wide sustainable practices.
